Paid plugin creates landing pages and is also a membership plugin
Made by Copyblogger
Can use on unlimited sites
Premise has good documentation, videos, tutorials, etc.,
$165, sometimes on sale for $99
Landing page does not inherit themes from WP
Landing pages are outside of normal WP functions
Membership adds ability to protect parts of pages and posts
Membership also adds ability to charge through payment processors
It supports content dripping
Can set up a sign-up receipt, will integrate in with mailchimp and aweber & constant contact

Steve Zehngut is talking about what to look at when evaluating a theme.

Use Desktop Server to run a local WP installation on your machine for testing.
Gregg Franklin can answer more questions about Desktop Server
WP Candy Download Sample WordPress Content .xml file (google it)
Install XML importer, and import sample content
Woo Themes, Organic Themes, Elegant Themes all recommended by Steve
Look for live demo on theme developer site for themes
Copy theme files to wp-content/themes/folder, then live preview or activate
